I had an amazing time at Hacienda Tres Rios! The private beach area was clean and exclusive, giving us a serene place to relax away from crowds. The pool was spacious and never too packed, allowing for plenty of space to lounge. However, the dining options, while decent, didn't stand out as exceptional. Overall, this was a relaxing getaway, and I absolutely cherish the comfortable bed and spacious room.

Our stay at Tres Rios was nothing short of amazing! The property is beautifully maintained, with stunning cenotes and a variety of activities that kept us entertained each day. The staff members were incredibly warm and engaging, truly enhancing our experience. However, we found the front desk service to be a bit lacking initially and were surprised by the aggressive sales tactics during check-in. Still, the wonderful atmosphere, delicious food, and fantastic activities more than made up for that.
